This Shipping Policy explains shipping, delivery estimates, taxes/duties, and delivery exceptions for orders placed on https://store.ldomotion.com.

1) Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include transit time.

Pre-orders or made-to-order items may have longer lead times as stated on the product page.

To ensure safe delivery, we may ship items from an order in separate packages.

2) Shipping Methods and Carriers

Available methods and costs are shown at checkout. Carriers may include postal services and commercial couriers. We may select the carrier/service level that best matches the chosen option.

3) Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after shipment. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

4) Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

5) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (IMPORTANT)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout or on the product page:

  • Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered At Place).

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and clearance requirements in your destination country.

If we offer DDP (duties paid) for certain lanes, it will be clearly stated at checkout.

6) Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unclaimed status, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the order.

7) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact support@ldomotion.com as soon as possible.

  • For damage/DOA or missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.
