Many products sold on this store are DIY kits, parts, electronics, and components intended for hobbyist/engineering use. DIY assembly and use involve inherent risks, such as high temperatures, moving parts, electrical hazards, sharp tools, fumes/particles, and fire risk.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and have successfully received and processed your payment.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
