Installation overview:

Step 1: Disconnect both ends of the cable chain.

Step 2: Check chain length and movement range  to ensure proper travel.

Step 3: Route the wiring in the following order:

Heater cable → Neopixel cable → Thermistor cable

Step 4: Install connectors and terminal housings.

Step 5: Secure the cable chain and complete bed connection.

Important notes:

- Thermistor wiring is non-polarized – orientation does not matter.

- Neopixel wiring:

  Red = 5V, White = DATA, Black = GND

- The cable chain must not extend above the top horizontal plane of the frame.

Included:

- Kirigami Bed Mount Kit frame components

- WAGO terminal blocks

- Neopixel front board

- Wiring extension support components

Official positioning:

LDO positions the Kirigami system as a maintenance and usability upgrade for the Voron 0 ecosystem, focusing on serviceability and wiring efficiency.

Community consensu:

Widely adopted for three reasons:

- Easy access for maintenance

- High rigidity

- Strong modular expandability
