LDO-42STH48-2804AH(S80) 80mm Long-Shaft NEMA 17 Motor

The LDO-42STH48-2804AH(S80), also known as the “Longboi,” is a Super Power HT NEMA 17 stepper motor for Annex-style machines and custom CoreXY systems requiring an extra-long output shaft. Its 48 mm body delivers 420 mN·m of holding torque at 2.8 A per phase.

The 80 mm shaft supports long-reach, multi-pulley and compatible double-shear motor layouts. Class H 180°C insulation, 200°C-rated Teflon leads and an integrated 1000 ±20 mm cable make it suitable for enclosed printer builds.

80 mm Extra-Long Shaft

The 80 ±0.5 mm output shaft provides significantly more reach than standard and S55 versions. It is intended for specialized motion layouts designed around a long 5 mm shaft.

420 mN·m Holding Torque

The 48 mm motor body delivers 4.2 kgf·cm of holding torque for demanding CoreXY X/Y axes, high-load belt drives and custom motion systems.

Class H High-Temperature Construction

Class H 180°C insulation and UL1332 AWG24 Teflon leads rated to 200°C provide additional thermal durability for enclosed machines.

Integrated 1 m Cable

The integrated 1000 ±20 mm four-wire cable is terminated with an XH-2.54 connector for connection to a compatible stepper driver or controller harness.
