When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The LDO kit version bundles key hardware (mainboard + toolhead board, pre-made wiring harnesses, heated bed, power supply, etc.) into a ready-to-assemble package. You spend less time sourcing parts and rework, and more time on building and tuning.
Ideal for high-speed, high-quality prints, large engineering parts, reliable enclosed printing with ABS/ASA, and long-term compatibility within the open-source ecosystem—including toolheads, probes, lighting, filtration, and more.
01. Integrated electronics (Leviathan V1.3 + Nitehawk-36)
The kit includes both boards with matching pre-made harnesses, resulting in cleaner wiring, more straightforward bring-up, and easier service or replacement later.
02. Dual-shear motor mounts + long-shaft motors (LDO-35STH52-2004AH(S35))
XY motors are mounted in a dual-shear configuration for higher rigidity and reduced deflection. Long-shaft motors keep compatibility and leave room for future AWD-style upgrades.
03. Live Idlers + dowel-pinned ABZ pulleys
Live Idlers improve belt tracking, and dowel pins ensure accurate ABZ pulley positioning. The belt path is more precise and tension is more uniform, reducing noise and wear caused by assembly tolerances.
04. Under-bed function PCB (bed fans & filter)
A dedicated under-bed PCB consolidates wiring for bed fans and filter-related peripherals. Cable routing is cleaner, and future fan/filter add-ons are easier.
05. 300 W AC bed heating solution
Uses a 180 x 180 mm, 300 W AC silicone heater for faster heat-up and more stable high-temperature printing.
06. LDO Compact PSU (275 W 24 V + 25 W 5 V)
Compact dual-voltage power solution that saves space and provides convenient 5 V power for loads like an SBC or screen.
